These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ComplyLink platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service or upload unlawful, infringing, or personal identity documents that are not relevant to business compliance.
3. Subscriptions, trial and billing
We offer a free plan and may include a limited-time period of full Trade Pack features for new accounts. If you subscribe, fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription continues until cancelled. If you do not upgrade, your account may continue on the free plan with feature and usage limits.
4. Content ownership
You retain ownership of documents and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content as needed to provide the service.
5. Availability and changes
We may update the service from time to time. We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the service you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
